Our Refrigerated Truck Design Advantage

Waterproof

  • On the roof: The roof panel and side panels are processed by CNC, with better precision and better sealing. Connected to the side panel, a three-layer waterproof structure is adopted to easily solve the problem of waterproofing.
  • Inside the truck body: The floor and side panels adopt an aluminum alloy three-sided flange to prevent water from entering the connection parts.
  • In the box board: The box board forms a fully enclosed structure of composite materials to block the entry path of water vapor, prevent vapors from entering the inside of the box board, and reduce water absorption.

Aesthetic

  • Coating: High quality gel-coat, mark-free appearance, mirror effect.
  • The positions of the beams have structures to prevent marks.
  • Special shape design, 304 stainless steel, high-precision bending technology, laser welding.
  • Aluminum profile appearance: Patented aluminum alloy profile, high-hardness material, high temperature sprayed surface, pure and uniform color, weather-resistant and scratch-resistant.
  • Weather resistance:The surface equips highly anti-UV gel-coat, for hydro-phobicity and better UV-resistance.
  • Corrosion resistance: Both inside and outside are made of composite materials, for acid/alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and do not rust.

High strength

  • High-gloss FRP for the outer side, 4-layer thermoplastic continuous fiber for the inner side, tensile strength 900 MPa, ultra-high impact resistance.
  • Local reinforcement added to places prone to impact, reducing maintenance costs.
  • Composite-material-closed-beams around each box plate, increasing the strength and to preventing water permeation, improving thermal insulation.
  • The door frame is surrounded by a closed structure of composite materials to enhance its strength.
  • The front panel adopts composite material beam reinforcement structure to ensure the firmness of the refrigeration unit installation.
  • Wires are hidden in the top panels, for good-looking and high strength.
  • A continuous fiberglass composite frame is used around the door panel, and the installation position is partially reinforced with metal, greatly reducing the door weight and improving its strength.
  • Door frame strength: High-strength stainless steel, reinforced with 5mm steel plate on the back, for lower weight, higher strength, and better appearance.
  • The rear anti-collision mechanism prevents the door from damages.
  • The reinforced design inside the cargo-track prevents the inner skin from cracking due to impact.

Ultra-lightweight truck body

  • The overall truck body is designed to be lightweight and is only reinforced where it needs to be strengthened. The glue used in the body is half the weight of traditional glue. The surface of inner panels adopts 4-layer continuous glass fibers with a tensile strength of 700MPa and skeletons are used less. The core material is made of high pressure insulation materials (PU/XPS/PET/). The frame is entirely made of continuous fiber composite materials for high-strength and lightweight.
  • The aluminum alloy profile at the front of the box adopts a bevel design, which has a more beautiful shape, smaller wind resistance and lighter weight.
  • The vehicle body box adopts a unique brick structure design, with installation holes pre-opened for easy positioning and assembly, and the box has high precision after installation.
  • Easy-open doors: High precision doors, frames, and hinges, with a bevel angle in the opening to reduces friction.

Thermal Insulation Design

Excellent thermal insulation performance

The insulation layer thickness of our box is more than 50mm, the core material density is ≥50kg/㎡, and the thermal conductivity coefficient K is ≤0.08W/m²·K.

Low thermal conductivity foam core

We use XPS (extruded polystyrene) or PU (polyurethane) foam as the core filling material of the car body. These foam core materials have no hollow structure inside, which avoids the conduction and accumulation of heat.

Innovative broken bridge design

The overall structure of the vehicle body adopts a broken bridge design to block the radiation transfer of heat, and all joints use patented heat-insulating fiberglass profiles to improve the strength of the overall structure.

Temperature balance

Each of our doors and the connection part of the box adopts a broken bridge structure, which further prevents heat from being transferred through the door gaps and seams. The cold air in the box flows evenly along the box wall, box bottom and box top, making the temperature of the front and back of the box, the top and the bottom of the box consistent.
