It has 2 fiberglass skin facings, or 1 each of FRP and thermoplastic CFRT. It has a “round” PP honeycomb core in the middle. To make it more stable, you can use non-woven fabrics to improve adhesion and stability.

External Layer: FRP Sheet

The outer layer is a FRP or CFRT panel, formed by bonding or thermocompounding. This combination gives the outer layer high tensile strength and strong resistance to environmental factors such as UV radiation and moisture. The thickness of the FRP outer layer is usually 1.5 mm to 2.0 mm, depending on the application requirements.

Core Layer: Polypropylene Honeycomb Core

The core material is high quality round polypropylene plastic. This material is eco-friendly and can be recycled. It is very durable and an extremely lightweight material. It is corrosion and temperature resistant.
