HDPE-sandwich-panel

HDPE sandwich panels are a composite material consisting of three layers. The core layer is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is sandwiched between two outer skins made of materials such as aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel. This structure offers high strength, hardness and resistance to environmental wear. It will not sag, dent or wrinkle in extreme weather conditions. It is the material of choice for manufacturing enclosed trailer bodies.

Panels for Freight Trailer Bodies

How to Install Panels?

Adhesive connection

  • Adhesive connections use industrial-grade adhesive to hold sections of H-beams together. This method is easy and quick to operate.

Rivet connection

  • Rivets provide a strong connection with good durability and stable performance when withstanding heavy loads or long periods of use.

Applications

Application of HDPE Sandwich Panels in Freight Trailer Bodies
